We, The Last Cage Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation), is a volunteer-run non-profit organization working to protect animals in Bulgaria and raise public awareness of sustainable, modern and humane policies towards the animals and nature.

– Letters / e-mail and other correspondence between us;

– History of donation – for our donors;

– through the Foundation’s website, including when you fill in and submit forms;

We collect your personal information so that we can identify you and communicate with you in order to carry out the Foundation’s activities and goals.

We do our best to respond to our inquiries within 30 business days. In the event of delay on our part, we will notify you in due time.

– Right to rectification: this is the right to inform us of incompleteness or errors found in the data we have about you. The procedure again requires you to report these findings to office@thelastcage.org;

– Right to erasure: this is the right to request the deletion of your personal data;

– Right to restriction of processing: this is the right to request a temporary restriction on the use of the personal data you have provided to us;

– Right to data portability: this is the right to receive personal data that concerns you and which you have provided to us in a structured, widely used and machine-readable format;

In the event that there is a legal requirement that requires us to continue to hold and process your information, you will be notified of this after you have applied for the above rights.
